    Welcome to the touch, friend. If you would like a look at a place with a bunch of satanistic maniacs who like to claim they are vampires, go to #Jack-Off, but if you like to roleplay with interesting real people who know it's all fun and games, welcome in.
    Now that the question arises, who are we? Well, lets start at ^Jade^, our ring leader so to speak. She owns the channel, and she runs it quite efficiently indeed. Then there is me, I am Chase``. I own UIRA which is the organization that rules on kills that take place in the channel. I am a faithful companion to ^Jade^, along with many others. Some actually consider me a Diplomat.
